pit passes are $13.00 at the gate.
Heat and Finals: To be determined by number of entrants in each class
Time Car and driver at fairgrounds infield at 4:00 p.m. Stay loaded or
hooked until you are inspected. Drivers briefing will be at 5:30 SHARP!
Start: Parade of cars at 6:00 p.m. Race begins at
6:30.

RULES FOR DEMOLITION DERBY:
No one under the age of 14 will be allowed in the pits.
2007 Demo rules

A. Compacts max wheelbase 104 inches

B. 79 and newer

SAFETY
-
A. Cars must be fully functional, brakes,
steering and throttle.
-
B. Seat belts mandatory, racing harness
recommended.
-
C. Factory gas tanks must be removed, gas
tanks may be steel or plastic (plastic tanks must be in steel can/box),
-
must be bolted down with steel straps only.
(No plumbers strap) and must be covered.
-
D. Batteries must be secured with bolts and
steel straps only. (No plumbers strap) batteries must be covered.
-
E. Helmet and eye protection mandatory .
Long sleeved shirts or jackets no shorts or short sleeves.
-
F. Drivers door should be painted white. 12
x 12 black roof sign with car number in white letters mandatory.

TIRES
-
A. No bar tires on drive wheels.

B. NO SPLIT RIMS!

BODY
-
A. Radiators, engines, and transmissions
must be in stock position. No maneuvering of wheelbase to meet maximums.

B. All hoods and trunks must be able to
open for inspection.
-
C. No reinforcement unless specified in any
class
-
D. Doors must be welded or chained (weld
not to exceed 12 inches per door).
-
E. Max of 6 bolts or chains in hood or
trunk to body tin only.
-
F. Bumpers may be bolted or welded. (No
homemade bumpers).
-
G. Two side to side bars allowed for safety
(no bars facing forward and/or back).
-
H. Radiators must be stock (no radi-barrels).
-
I. Stock body bolts may be replaced. (No
added bolts)

TRUCKS
-
A. Large pickups only (no vans or suv’s )

B. ½ ton, 3/4 ton, and 1 ton trucks
allowed.
-
C. Radiators must be in stock position,
Radi-barrels allowed, up to 3 inches wide. May be bolted in not welded,
and must be vented.
-
D. Bracing will be allowed from radiator
support to back of cab. No exposed bracing allowed! All bracing must be
under sheet metal.
-
No limits inside the cab.
-
E. 4x4 trucks front suspension must remain
at stock height. May be welded solid so it wont drop.
-
F. No cross bracing of box. Bracing allowed
around the gas tank, trans. Cooler and battery, but braces cannot connect
to box
-
sides-frame or floor only.

Time: Car and driver
at fairgrounds infield at 4:00 p.m. Stay loaded or hooked until you

Start: Parade
of cars at 6:00 p.m. Race begins at 6:30.
1. Only 1/2 tons to 1 tons allowed. No dually's allowed
4X4 allowed with front drive shaft removed.
2. Drivers door may be reinforced with
steel not to extend more than 1" from original body or 4" beyond
front to back of door seams. Under floor on drivers side only you may
run channel or angle from frame to rocker only on drivers side and from
back of drivers seal to the firewall.
3. May install dash pipe no larger
than 3" diameter pipe with 5 X 5 X 1/4" pads on each end, between
front door posts. A kicker may be added from dash pipe to passenger rocker,
no larger than 3" diameter with a 5 X 5 X 1/4" pad on the end.
4. Cab and box may be bolted down with no more than
S bolts between cab and box. Washers cannot exceed 6" in. diameter.
5. Box may be welded
to cab with (4) 2 X 4 X 1/4" pads mini-bodys allowed.
6. All doors & tailgates
must be tied shut with single loop chain or 4 - 2 X 4" pads per
door and tailgate.
7. One strap per side may be welded over taillight
hole. Max of 4" wide 1/4" thick and may not exceed 3" beyond
each side of light hole.
8. (5) 3 X 3 X 1/4 X 8 " long angles in box.
I angle on tailgate to box and 4 on box sides to floor allowed.
9. Bracing: Two
straps allowed from front of hood to bottom of radiator support or to
bumper. Must not exceed 2 X 1/4". Stock radiators only. May run
a radiator support between frame rails under radiator no bigger than
1/4 X 2 X 4". No Cross bracing of box. Only bracing inside the box
will be allowed around your gear (gas tank, tranny, cooler, battery),
but braces cannot connect to box sides. To floor or frame only. Bracing
will be allowed from radiator core support, to the back side of the cab.
No exposed bracing allowed!! All bracing must be under sheet metal. No
Limits Inside the Cab!!!
10. HOODS All hoods must be able to be opened for
inspection. They must have a 12" to 14" hole over carburetor.
If you use straps judges must be able to see clearly through hood. It
would be a good idea to bolt straps to hood or together. 4 chains or
4-3/4" rods may be used to hold hood down. Rods may be welded to
frame.
11. RIMS No split rims or welded split rims.
12. TIRES No snow
or bar tires on drive wheels allowed.
13. BATTERIES One or two stock
automotive batteries or one larger battery of your choice are allowed.
Batteries must be securely fastened to the floor and covered with a floor
mat, carpet, or something judges approve before derby. This may not be
attached to frame. If floor is not there you may weld in a floor not
to exceed 1/8" thickness and may not attach to frame. Judges will
have a drill and if it is questionable it will be checked.
14. GAS TANKS Stock gas tanks must be removed. Trucks must have tank in box and in
front of rear axle. Maximum of 6 gallons and must be securely bolted.
NO PLASTIC TANKS.
15. Floor shifters, electric fuel pumps, and headers
are allowed. Steel transmission coolers may be used but must be securely
fastened, but may not be tied (or bolted) to frame.
16. ENGINES Engine
in vehicle does not have to be of the same manufacturer as the body.
Motor mounts may be welded. Two additional straps may be used, but they
must be behind water pump pulley but in front of carburetor no bigger
than 1/4" X 2 X 24" or 2 chains not to exceed 5/16" single
loop chain 24" long. V-8s allowed in little trucks.
17. PIck-ups only - No vans or SUVs.
18. Radi-Barrels will be allowed. Must be in stock position,
up to 3" wide by the width of the frame. May only be bolted in place,
no welded, and must be vented.
19. If running a 4x4 pick-up, front suspension must remain
at stock height. It can be welded solid, so it won't drop.
