Welcome to another year of Car Racing at the Carlton County Fairgrounds.

We are pleased to be able to offer a series of 3 races in cooperation with Como Oil. June 12, July 17 at the Aitkin County Fair, July 25th at the Proctor Speedway, and August 20, 2010 at the Carlton County Fair.  The driver with the most points at the end of the series will win a cash prize. The “point system” to be used is determined by the Race Committee.

Please follow the Race Rules as set by the Race Committee and Director. If you have any questions regarding the Race Rules please contact Steve Loucks at (218) 940-1126. Numbers: 1-99 only, check for availability before numbering your car. Numbers will be on a first come first served basis. Registration reserves a number.

Sponsors: Up to 3 sponsors will be listed, per car per class, in the program. If you are racing more than one class divide your sponsors between the classes.

Alcohol: Consumption by contestants and crew members is prohibited on the Fairgrounds. Violation of this and any safety rule will cause mandatory disqualification.

Registration: Pre-register at the Fair Office.Fee: $40 per car per race. Failure to do so will result in a double fee on Race Day.  

August 19 – pre-register by August 16.

August 20 – Pre-register by August 17.

August 21– pre-register by August 18. 

Fee: $40 per car per race and includes admission to the Fair, for the driver, race day only.
I understand that the sponsors and administrators of this contest are not responsible for liability for any accident, injury, damage, or mechanical breakage affecting myself, my equipment, or any of my crew members as a result of my participation in the event. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executor, and  administrators, release and forever discharge the sponsors, administrators, their agents, servants, and all other people connected with these that I may for any or all loss, damage, and injury sustained by myself, my equipment, or any crew member(s) during the said competition. Cars are to be removed at the end of the event.
